Steven Siro "Steve" Vai is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer.
He has born and raised in Long Island, New York.
Vai was voted the 10th "Greatest Guitarist" by Guitar World magazine.
Vai joined his friend Joe Satriani, along with guitarist Eric Johnson in "G3" concert tours.
